the majority of this surrounding a ½ acre point jutting out
into the lake with the cottage in the middle.
The cottage has a 300 degree view of the lake and
about 180 degrees of beautiful vistas.

Beautiful mature shrubbery and nicely landscaped, the property is approached by a 500’ long
winding tree lined driveway giving a sense of “getting away” and privacy.

About Lake Greenwood:
Lake Greenwood is about 20 miles in length and since the house is located on
the Dam end of the lake - it is at it’s widest here, about a mile wide.
It’s a breathtaking view.

One of the best casual dining restaurants, Seasons by the Lake, is just around the corner.
More restaurants and shopping are 30 minutes to an hour away in Greenwood (25 min),
